Job Description

The Contract Analyst II is responsible for accurately entering contract pricing and membership information into the contract management database system.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for timely updates of all contract pricing and membership information into the contract management database system.
2. Maintains assigned supplier contract files and manages supplier relations with appropriate contacts.
3. Acts as key contact for assigned suppliers; supports problem resolution efforts to resolve invoice inaccuracies.
4. Establishes and maintains contract documentation files within the MetaStorm system.
5. Validates daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly contract maintenance reports and updates the contract management database system accordingly.
6. Maintains exception reports analyzing pricing and membership information and performs data analysis.
7. Performs analysis of contract discrepancies; identifies issues and coordinates with relevant departments or suppliers for resolution.
8. Supports EDI technology projects for assigned suppliers, as needed.
9. Collaborates with management, suppliers, and other departments to improve processes.
10. Works with distribution centers to troubleshoot contract discrepancies and update membership and pricing info.
11. Identifies and resolves discrepancies related to assigned supplier contracts.
12. Performs any other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar, typically obtained through a four-year bachelor's degree. Usually requires 2-3 years of related experience.

Salary Range*

$42,600 - $60,940 (varies by location; some states may have adjusted ranges)
