Job summary

Cencora, a center of health and life sciences innovation, is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to manage contract pricing, membership data, and supplier relationships. The role emphasizes accuracy in contract management databases, cross-functional collaboration, and timely issue resolution.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of related experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Requires broad training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar, typically a four-year bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Update contract pricing and membership information in the contract management database.
  • Maintain supplier contract files and manage supplier relations.
  • Serve as key contact for assigned suppliers and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Establish and maintain contract documentation in the system.
  • Validate reports and implement needed changes in contracts database.
  • Analyze pricing/membership discrepancies and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
  • Support EDI projects for assigned suppliers.
  • Collaborate with management and suppliers to improve processes.
  • Troubleshoot contract discrepancies with distribution centers and update records.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for timely updates of all contract pricing and membership information into the contract management database system.
  • Maintains assigned supplier contract files and is responsible for maintaining supplier relations with appropriate contract contacts.
  • Acts as key contact for assigned suppliers; supports problem resolution efforts to resolve invoice inaccuracies.
  • Establishes and maintains contract documentation files within contract system.
  • Validates daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly contract maintenance reports and makes appropriate contract management database system changes.
  • Maintains exception reports that analyze pricing and membership information and performs analysis.
  • Performs analysis of contract discrepancies; identifies source of issue and decides the appropriate action needed to resolve the issue; complex issues may require the coordination of several internal ABC departments and / or representatives from the supplier.
  • Supports EDI technology project, as required, for assigned suppliers.
  • Supports management initiatives and works closely with suppliers and other functional areas in order to improve processes.
  • Works with distribution centers to troubleshoot contract discrepancies and updates membership and pricing information.
  • Receives, identifies, and resolves discrepancies associated with assigned supplier contract issues.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
