Job summary

Cencora in the United States is seeking an experienced Agile Training and Enablement Leader to drive digital transformation initiatives and growth. You will design, deliver, and scale training programs that improve flow, predictability, and outcomes across teams.

This role emphasizes instructional design, needs assessments, and measurement of learning impact, with opportunities to explore gamification and modern training methods.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years managing technical projects, programs, or related work.
  • SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead agile implementation with structure, roles, principles and practices.
  • Plan, organize and deliver Agile Enablement and Digital Transformation training.
  • Collaborate with leaders to map training plans for teams adopting Agile or Digital Transformation.
  • Design, develop and review training materials and aids.
  • Gather feedback and analyze results to improve training impact on KPIs.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify gaps.
  • Coordinate training session logistics including space, attendees, and instructors.
  • Maintain curriculum database and training records and facilities.
  • Partner with stakeholders on instructional design and new methods.
  • Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification.

Job Details
  • Navigates teams and leaders on agile implementation to include structure, roles, principles and practices to improve flow, predictability, and outcomes
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, communicating and delivers training programs and workshops for Agile Enablement and Digital Transformation Engagements
  • Works with leaders to map training plans for individuals and teams working through Agile adoption and/or Digital Transformation
  • Contributes to the design and development of training programs, both internal and outsourced; reviews, evaluates, modifies and/or creates training materials and educational aids
  • Gathers feedback, assesses instructional effectiveness and analyzes performance results to determine impact of training on skills and KPIs; adjusts training materials and presentations accordingly to drive continuous improvement for training programs
  • Conducts training needs assessments to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses relative to specific groups; provides input for identifying and defining present and future training needs
  • Coordinates training session logistics including space planning, attendees, supplies and instructors (internal or outsourced)
  • Maintains updated curriculum database and training records as well as in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Partners with internal stakeholders and liaises with experts regarding instructional design; uses known education principles and stays up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
  • Researches and recommends new training methods, like gamification

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related field required.
  • Certification in SAFe SPC, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies, or equivalent preferred.
