The purpose of a Clinical Informatics Analyst (Sr. Clinical Informatics Specialist or Sr. Medical Scribe) at Oak Street Health is to serve as a coach for medical scribes to help provide an exceptional patient experience and maximize provider efficiency.
The Clinical Informatics Analyst is a senior medical scribe who supports and coaches medical scribes in clinics. Scribes partner with physicians, nurse practitioners, or physician assistants to support charting, billing, coding, and EMR navigation, aiming to enhance patient experience and provider efficiency. The analyst leads, coaches, and supports scribes regionally, collaborating with Practice Managers, Population Health Directors, Regional VPs, and Medical Directors. Deep knowledge of OSH’s business model aspects like risk scoring, clinical documentation, and scribe performance is expected.

Weekly Hours: 40
Time Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $21.10 - $40.90 per hour
Pay varies based on experience, education, location, and other factors. Role may include bonuses, commissions, or incentives.
