  • Facilitating electronic movements of fund and/or trade postings within defined procedures.
  • Audits on Global accounts to identify discrepancies vs standing instructions from Investment Manager.
  • Identify and resolve problems within established guidelines.
  • Use initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts.
  • Work effectively as a team member but also independently.
  • Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job.
  • Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job.
  • Running and creating formal reports.

Major Duties
  • 1. Facilitating electronic movements of fund and/or trade postings within defined procedures
  • 2. Works on audits pertaining to Global accounts to identify any discrepancies in the account positions¿ vis-à-vis the standing instructions from the Investment Manager
  • 3. Responsible for identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines
  • 4. Expected to use some initiative but refer more complex problems to supervisors/experts
  • 5. Works effectively as a team member but also independently
  • 6. Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job
  • 7. Working towards becoming proficient in all areas of the job
  • 8. Running and creating formal reports
Knowledge
  • Good oral and written communication skills are required

Experience
  • A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred
  • Related Industry qualification / or studying towards, is preferred
