Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a call center professional in Tempe to handle inbound and outbound communications for account owners and financial institutions. Responsibilities include providing information, processing trades, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal partners.

Major Duties

Take inbound calls from account owners and financial institutions (provide information, place trades, provide statements/confirms). Work tasks located in the various call center queues Make outbound calls for tasks sent from Ops Make outbound calls to provide answers to inbound emails Respond to inbound emails when appropriate Work with partners from other areas of the bank to provide information or resolve issues Make outbound calls or send emails related to RPO or Non-Contact to prevent escheatment Special projects assigned by management.

Knowledge

Good oral and written communication skills are required. Basic securities industry knowledge is preferred Analytical and problem solving skills are required. Organizational skills are required to manage priorities and multitask functions in a fast-paced team environment.

Experience

A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred. Related Industry qualification/ or studying towards, is preferred.

Salary Range

$41,040 - 61,560 USD. Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
