The UNITED ILLUMINATING COMPANY is seeking a business/functional analyst to support the BR&S team in Connecticut. You will review daily error logs and perform root-cause analysis on billing/invoice issues in both test and production environments.
From an enhancement perspective, you will assist with requirements, design, testing, and production implementation across the full development lifecycle, coordinating with IT and business units.
The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $87,600 to $109,500

This position provides functional/business analytical support to the Business Readiness & Support (BR&S) team. From an operational perspective, the team member in this position will review daily error logs and conduct root cause investigation and analysis into billing and invoice related problems in both test and production environments. From an enhancement perspective, the team member in this position will conduct and support business analyst efforts for all phases of the development life cycle including requirements definition, functional design, testing, and production implementation.
