The United Illuminating Company in Connecticut seeks an Analyst to provide functional and business analytical support to the BR&S team. You will review daily error logs, investigate root causes in billing and invoicing, and support all phases of the development life cycle from requirements to production implementation.

Responsibilities include production support for Customer Service units, solving SAP CCS interface issues, and collaborating with IT and CS teams on developments and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Associate degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience required.
• High school diploma with 8–10 years of advanced field experience accepted.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

From an operational perspective, the team member in this position will review daily error logs and conduct root cause investigation and analysis into billing and invoice related problems in both test and production environments.
