Job summary

Quality Carriers, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking an energetic Billing Analyst to manage invoicing with accuracy using contracts and billing sources. You will support affiliate terminals and special billing projects while assisting the broader billing team.

You will review invoices weekly, investigate discrepancies, align charges with driver paperwork, and identify process improvements. You will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business or Finance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred.
  • Experience with billing processes and invoicing preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing customers with contracts and specialized billing needs.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and root-cause issues.
  • Compare contracts to driver paperwork to ensure accurate charges.
  • Support affiliate terminals and special billing projects.

Job Summary

The Analyst - Billing is responsible for invoicing customers that have specialized billing needs with accuracy using customer contracts and other sources to validate charges. Handle billing for new Affiliate terminals and specialized billing projects as acquired. In addition, this position serves as a support to other billing staff both locally and in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to maximize revenue by billing invoices weekly within a robust billing application.

Motivated to research and uncover root cause analysis for billing discrepancies and communicate effectively with the field to ensure accurate billing.

Multitasking and ability to research multiple source documents to ensure correct fees are charged.

Being an expert on the impact of how fees are billed and how it relates to driver pay. This process includes comparing customer contracts to driver’s paperwork to ensure accurate billing.

Requires the ability to investigate and implement corrective action to disputed invoices.

Determine root cause to identify areas for improvement within the billing process.
