Join to apply for the Analyst/Associate - Investor Relations role at Bridge Investment Group

We at Bridge acknowledge and appreciate the uniqueness of each individual, understanding that our people are the key to our success. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued. Our dedication extends beyond our business goals to making a positive impact in our communities and upholding Sustainability and Responsibility (S&R) principles at our properties and corporate locations. We evaluate all candidates based on merit, without any discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other category protected by law. As an equal opportunity employer, we are devoted to creating an inclusive hiring process. We actively work to eliminate barriers and provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities. Our goal is to provide fair opportunities and access throughout the recruitment, hiring, and employment experience. Your specific needs are important to us. If you need accommodations related to a disability or any other protected status during the recruitment process, please inform us.

We are seeking to fill an analyst/associate-level position within our Investor Relations group. The Investor Relations team handles all aspects of client support with a focus on servicing of existing clients. We are a small, dynamic group of hard workers responsible for conceptualizing and implementing a superior client experience for all Bridge investors, and for supporting and complementing the capital-raising activities of our Client Solutions Group (CSG), to which we are adjacent. While CSG is responsible for raising capital, they depend on us to answer client inquiries, problem-solve, and raise the profile of Bridge, both with our current LPs, as well as with the broader universe. The Investor Relations team aims to deliver exceptional client experiences, whether via email, phone call, or in-person events.

The new addition to the team will work directly with peers, the group’s Managing Director, and other senior management professionals in executing these functions. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact and help shape the direction of the firm’s strategy in these areas.

Bridge will provide Apollo with immediate scale to its real estate equity platform and enhance Apollo’s origination capabilities in both real estate equity and credit, which is expected to benefit Apollo’s growing suite of hybrid and real estate product offerings. The firms share a culture of collaborative leadership that rewards both individual thinking and team decision-making. Bridge, powered by Apollo, will seek to continue to deliver high-quality results through creativity and innovation.

  • Support the fundraising team, fund financial services team, and asset teams on an ongoing basis to manage existing LP relationships.
  • Assist with capital event notices and quarterly reporting for individual investors and placement agent relationships by working directly with the fund-specific operations and accounting teams.
  • Liaise directly with custodians and placement agents to reconcile position files and placement fee files.
  • Maintain full visibility of business and investment activity throughout the organization by coordinating directly with the CIOs, asset teams, accounting teams, and fund financial services teams to communicate fund updates to investors on a frequent basis.
  • Maintain and update the FAQ documents and update with applicable investor queries on a regular basis.
