A leading financial institution is seeking an Analyst / Associate to manage a portfolio of loan positions within the Real Estate Capital Partners group in Dallas. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, preparation of reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates will have a background in commercial real estate asset management and strong analytical skills.
The Analyst / Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a sub-portfolio of 20-25 loan positions within the Real Estate Capital Partners (RECP), Dallas loan portfolio. The RECP group is part of the Corporate Banking division of RBC Capital Markets. In addition to loan management activities, the Asset Manager will collaborate with the Head of Asset Management and RECP Regional Head to prepare portfolio reports, analysis, and updates for internal and external stakeholders, including the RECP Management Committee, Global Risk Management, Global Credit, CUSCO Boards and Committees, and Regulatory Bodies. The Asset Manager will serve as the primary contact for R&M and CTM functions regarding specific loan positions and collateral.
