Job summary

Credigy is seeking an Analyst for its Asset Management team based in Norcross, GA. You will manage day‑to‑day loan and transaction performance, monitor compliance, and collaborate with deal teams, risk, finance, and legal to keep relationships on track.

You will serve as the primary contact for lending clients, escalate risks early, and support amendments and renewals while maintaining adherence to covenants and deal documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong quantitative foundation in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 0–1 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organizational skills with prioritization and deadline focus.
• Excellent communication across disciplines and geographies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of assigned structured finance and lending transactions, communicating with borrowers and servicers.
• Monitor loan and collateral performance, cash flows, and KPIs against underwriting expectations.
• Review financial statements, servicer reports, and compliance certificates for completeness and timeliness.
• Track compliance with credit agreements and address exceptions or missed deliverables.
• Maintain transaction models, dashboards, and trackers for portfolio monitoring.
• Assist with amendments, waivers, renewals, audits, and portfolio initiatives.
• Collaborate with deal teams, Risk, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance on matters.
• Manage multiple transactions and projects concurrently with prioritization.
