Newmark is looking for a motivated Asset Management Analyst in Atlanta, GA, to manage high-yield debt and equity positions across a variety of clients. This role involves supporting asset management functions and monitoring performance.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, or Finance, and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. Salary range is $60,000-$80,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience related to commercial real estate industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support senior asset managers in monitoring performance relative to underwriting.
• Coordinate with team members and manage third parties including servicers and borrowers.
• Handle the draw review process for construction projects of varying sizes.
• Monitor performance of transitional/value-add operating properties.
• Complete quarterly asset updates and present to clients.
• Re-underwrite assets semi-annually or annually.
• Construct monthly debt waterfalls for cash-managed deals.
• Collaborate with various servicing departments to maintain loan compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc duties including underwriting support as needed.
