Job summary

Credigy in Norcross, GA is seeking an Analyst for the Performance Data & Analytics team to ensure portfolio data is accurate, well-categorized, and ready for decision-making. You'll work with portfolio managers, servicers, and vendors to validate data and apply warehouse best practices learned from Senior BI/SQL Developers.

You'll build ad-hoc queries, create reports, and identify improvements in data processes, balancing rigor with curiosity to impact business outcomes from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, MIS, or comparable quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL for simple to medium-complexity queries.
• Experience with Tableau and Snowflake in a professional setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Validate data from sellers, servicers, and vendors for accuracy, completeness, and correct categorization across portfolios.
• Collaborate with Business Operations to understand servicer data and portfolio characteristics.
• Build ad-hoc queries and reports from scratch to support business needs.
• Learn data warehouse best practices from Senior BI/SQL Developers and apply them.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and implement efficient solutions.
• Contribute to nonrecurring special projects as needed by leadership.
