A leading financial services provider is seeking an Analyst for its US Asset Management team in Atlanta. The role involves complex financial modeling, supporting asset management and transactions, and collaborating with various teams. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a relevant undergraduate degree, along with 2-4 years of experience in the field.
Manulife Investment Management (“MIM”) is the global wealth and asset management segment of Manulife Financial Corporation. MIM's global real estate (“GRE”) platform provides investment solutions globally as part of its comprehensive private markets’ capabilities, offering core, core-plus, and value-add strategies.
MIM’s GRE team leverages its global platform and regional market knowledge to identify opportunities and drive results for its clients. As of December 31, 2024, its sustainably operated platform includes 90 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily assets located across Canada, the United States, and the Asia Pacific region, with approximately $20 billion USD of real estate (500+ properties). The team is expanding its capabilities to meet evolving market opportunities, building a strong and diverse global culture as an entrepreneurial investment manager.
MIM is seeking an Analyst, US Asset Management, to play a key role within the growing platform. The Asset Management team is responsible for creating and driving the business plans for assets across the portfolios of MIM’s clients. The Analyst will support primarily East Coast assets, and is responsible for complex financial modeling and analysis, production of investment memorandums and supporting asset management and transactions teams. The Analyst will work closely with Asset Managers on leasing, property management, capital projects, and valuations, while gaining exposure to the Transactions and Capital Markets teams through acquisitions, dispositions and refinancings of assets within the region. This role requires an individual who can bring enthusiasm each day to the workplace and demonstrate an ability to handle workload management and can perform during high pressure situations related to deadlines. The position reports directly to a Director, US Asset Management, and this position will sit in the Atlanta, GA office.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial analysis and support for asset-level decision-making and transactions.
Support asset-level business plans and valuation models.
Support Asset Manager in oversight of leasing, property management, and capital projects.

Salary range is expected to be between
$76,000.00 USD - $127,000.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
