American Consulting And Recruiting LLC is seeking an Analyst in Midtown NYC to underwrite, structure, and manage asset-based lending transactions, including wholesale facilities, forward-flow arrangements, and other private credit deals.

You will perform rigorous credit analysis, build cash flow models, draft credit memoranda, and present findings to senior management and investors, with a focus on risk mitigation and portfolio performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in asset-based lending, securitized lending, and/or forward financing.
• Advanced understanding of financial analysis and credit underwriting.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities and experience with investment performance assessment.
• Understanding of credit agreements, loan documentation, covenants, and related legal considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and credit-related technology.

• Perform credit analysis and due diligence for prospective transactions.
• Develop and review cash flow and financial models to assess credit risk and transaction economics.
• Assist with negotiation of key transaction terms, including advance rates and covenants.
