Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in credit investing, asset management, performance monitoring, or valuation.
• Advanced Excel skills for cash flow and valuation modeling.
• Strong understanding of credit agreements, financing structures, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for clear presentations and reporting materials.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate investment closings and fundings, including structuring and reviewing legal docs.
• Support investment performance monitoring framework enhancements.
• Review monthly servicer and interest reports and related portfolio reporting.
• Analyze variances between actual and forecasted cash flows and waterfall components.
• Build and maintain valuation models for illiquid credit investments.
• Track financial statements, compliance certificates, and covenant reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly investor reporting packages.
• Contribute to strategic projects to improve the asset-based finance platform.
