PHINIA Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Accounting and Reporting to manage monthly and quarterly accounting for stock-based compensation, lease accounting, equity investments, and related quarter-end deliverables.

The role reports to the Manager, Consolidations and is hybrid, requiring on-site presence at PHINIA's World Headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI three days a week. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of accounting experience (CPA or CPA-eligible), and may

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting.
• CPA or CPA eligibility is required.
• MBA is a plus.
• SEC Reporting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounting for stock-based compensation, EPS, lease accounting, and equity investments with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support quarter-end financial reporting disclosures and external materials.
• Assist with the consolidations process as needed.
• Contribute to ad-hoc reports and special projects.

Read MoreJOB PURPOSEThe Analyst, Accounting and Reporting will be responsible for the monthly and quarterly accounting for stock-based compensation, lease accounting, equity investments, and assisting with various projects as needed. This role will also be responsible for quarter-end reporting deliverables.
