About The Company

Our client is a global alternative asset manager with over $700 billion in AUM, focusing on renewable power, infrastructure, private equity, and real estate.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare financial statement analyses, including variance, currency, and investment-specific analyses to support quarterly forecasts and annual business plans.
2. Run reports and prepare analyses supporting hedging activities related to foreign currency equity exposure.
3. Prepare internal calculations for credit rating models.
4. Analyze various consolidated covenant calculations.
5. Consolidate and prepare debt-related financial statement disclosures.
6. Review covenant calculations and sensitivity analyses from global subsidiaries, tracking at-risk covenants and mitigants.
7. Assist in managing subsidiary teams for quarterly submissions, queries, and reconciliation of debt management systems with accounting systems.
8. Prepare debt analyses and presentations for management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
2. 1-3 years of relevant experience in public accounting or private firms.
3. CPA preferred.
4. Experience with hedging instruments and strategies is a plus.
5. Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, Quantum, OneStream, Chatham, or similar systems is a plus.

Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000
