Job Description

The Analyst’s primary responsibility will be to provide financial and analytical support to operations management at the corporate level and will be a key part of the operations support group. Periodic reporting on operations and finance will also be a major role. Examples of period reports include Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, weekly and monthly financial and operational reporting, monthly P&L reporting and analysis, pricing analytics, and market share reporting.

Essential Job Functions

• Collecting data from, communicating with, and reporting to employees of the organization across all levels, including C‑Suite.
• Make recommendations and improve systems and reports.
• Design new projects and programs by analyzing current practices and requirements.
• Prepare workpapers and summarize findings with presentations.
• Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and reports by tying out data.

Physical Demands and Exposures

• This position works inside a climate‑controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
• Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
• Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
