Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking an Analyst to provide financial and analytical support to operations management at the corporate level. You will contribute to periodic reporting, KPI metrics, and pricing analytics while working with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, developing new reports, and presenting findings to executives. 2–4 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred; Excel proficiency is required.

ANALYST

Full Time / Part Time: Full Time

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Business Unit: Infrastructure

Reports to: Director of Business Operations - Infrastructure

Travel Requirement: Infrequent

Job Description

The Analyst’s primary responsibility will be to provide financial and analytical support to operations management at the corporate level and will be a key part of the operations support group. Periodic reporting on operations and finance will also be a major role. Examples of period reports include Quarterly Business Review (QBR) materials, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, weekly & monthly financial & operational reporting, monthly P&L reporting and analysis, pricing analytics, market share reporting, etc.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
  • Collecting data from, communicating with, and reporting to employees of the organization across all levels, including C-Suite.
  • Make recommendations and improve systems and reports.
  • Design new projects/programs by analyzing current practices and requirements.
  • Prepare workpapers and summarize findings with presentations.
  • Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems and reports by tying out data.

Compensation Information

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Physical Demands and Exposures
  • This position works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
  • Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods of time.
  • Needs high degree of concentration in a busy area.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
