Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an ERP Business Analyst with hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in Finance, Budgeting, and financial processes.

You will collaborate with Finance and line-of-business stakeholders, guide configuration decisions, support implementations, and drive process improvements across forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a hybrid,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience and 5+ years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Participation in at least one SAP implementation is required; greenfield or brownfield implementation experience is preferred.
• Strong Finance, Budgeting, Forecasting, or Record-to-Report business process knowledge.
• Experience influencing SAP design decisions and explaining the business logic behind system functionality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support Forecast-to-Budget and Record-to-Report processes.
• Translate business requirements into SAP S/4HANA functional designs and business logic.
• Participate in decisions regarding SAP configuration and system design to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP capabilities, limitations, and recommended practices.
• Support SAP implementation activities, testing, deployment, and ongoing process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting.
