Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior SME to support USSTRATCOM J7 activities, providing on-site analysis, evaluation, and after-action reporting for joint exercises, training, and wargames.

The role requires collecting event data, facilitating AARs and lessons-learned reviews, and developing actionable issues and validated recommendations for senior leaders. Candidates must hold a Top-Secret clearance and have prior experience with related joint training programs.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience supporting analysis, evaluation, and after-action requirements.
Ability to collect, document, evaluate, and synthesize observations into actionable findings.
Experience facilitating AARs, hotwash, and lessons-learned reviews.
Experience preparing after-action and technical reports and briefing materials.
Familiarity with CJCS 3500 series and related docs.
Experience with exercise management tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site analysis, evaluation, and after-action support for joint exercises, wargames, and events.
Facilitate after-action reviews, hotwash sessions, and lessons-learned discussions.
Develop actionable issues and validated lessons learned; track resolutions.
Prepare reports, briefings, and dashboards for senior leaders.
