RTX is seeking electrical engineers with a strong foundation in analog electronics, power electronics, power systems, and servo/motor control. The role includes design, analysis, and testing of power conversion and control systems, with collaboration across production, integration, and test teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on lab experience and is ready to travel regionally for assignments. A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required, with coursework in the specified areas and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Coursework in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, or Control Systems.
• Coursework in modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools.
• ABET accreditation preferred (not required).
• 3.0 cumulative GPA desired.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements and RTX guidelines.
• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry or servo/motor control systems.
• Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
• Travel to Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required depending on assignment.
