Job summary

LightXcelerate in Palo Alto is hiring multiple Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Designers to join our core IC team. You will design key blocks such as laser drivers, TIAs, PLL/CDR, equalization, clocking, and high-speed interfaces, from architecture to tapeout and silicon bring-up.

Ideal candidates have strong experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design, Cadence flows, advanced CMOS nodes, and preferably optical communication, SerDes, UCIe, PCIe, Ethernet, or AEC/AOC systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
• Familiar with Cadence flows and CMOS process nodes.
• Experience with high-speed interfaces such as SerDes, PCIe, Ethernet, or optical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design key analog/mixed-signal blocks (laser drivers, TIAs, PLL/CDR).
• Work from architecture to tapeout and silicon bring-up.
