Job summary

Plexus Corp in Neenah, Wisconsin, is seeking an engineer to perform engineering design services and related product development for diverse customers, from concept to manufacture. You will help deliver high-quality, cost-appropriate solutions aligned with our processes.

You will apply design and analysis skills, produce comprehensive documentation, and collaborate across disciplines to bring products to life within Plexus guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with engineering design processes and documentation is expected.
• Familiarity with design verification and quality procedures is a plus.

• Develops engineering/product concepts that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements.
• Successfully executes responsibilities in adherence to Plexus' engineering process.
• Demonstrates a clear, discipline-specific understanding of the full value stream from Conceptualize to Sustain.
• Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform design work including design creation, design analysis, and design verification.
• Produces comprehensive project documentation based on project needs and in accordance with quality and change management procedures.

The annual compensation range for this position is stated below. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$70,300.00 - $105,500.00

Purpose Statement

To perform engineering design services and other related product development and/or product commercialization services. Please refer to discipline core skills for specifics.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Develops engineering/product concepts that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements.

• Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary design work including design creation, design analysis, and design verification.


• Produces comprehensive project documentation based on the needs of the project and in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines.

Education/Experience Qualifications
