Plexus Corp is seeking a Manufacturing professional in Neenah, Wisconsin to maintain equipment, validate processes, manage technical communication for products, and optimize new product processes while meeting quality, delivery, and cost targets.

The role emphasizes independent work across manufacturing phases, documentation, and collaboration with teams to deliver high-quality solutions and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

• Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform work, including creation, analysis, and verification.
• Demonstrates expertise across multiple phases of Plexus Manufacturing process and product requirements.
• Works independently within at least one phase/process for the Manufacturing Process/ Product.
• Produces comprehensive project documentation per quality and change management procedures.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$70,300.00 - $105,500.00

Purpose Statement:

This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, validating processes, managing technical communication for products, designing and optimizing new product processes, and overseeing assigned manufacturing processes while adhering to quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Develops Manufacturing solutions / Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty and mentoring others on the team (in-discipline).
• Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification.
• Demonstrates expertise in multiple phases/ processes of the full Plexus Manufacturing process/ product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently within at least one phase/ process for the Manufacturing Process/ Product, without direction from mentors or functional management, as it applies to their role.
• Produces comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines, as it applies to their role.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
