Job summary

Custom Manufacturing & Engineering (CME) in the Tampa Bay area seeks an Electrical Engineer (Analog) or Electrical Engineer II to design, test, and support analog/mixed-signal hardware used in aerospace, defense, space, industrial, and energy applications. This is a hands-on role spanning concept to production.

EE I is for recent grads; EE II for engineers with 2–5+ years and broader ownership of design and problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred; 0–2 years (EE I) or 2–5+ years (EE II) experience.
• Experience with analog electronics and schematic capture tools.
• Hands-on lab skills and ability to troubleshoot electronics hardware.
• Familiarity with OrCAD, SPICE, LTspice.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuits for power, sensing, and control.
• Build, prototype, test, and troubleshoot hardware in the lab.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and other engineering functions.
• Create schematics, specs, test procedures, and technical reports.
• Support designs from concept through verification and production.
