Protingent Staffing is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to design, develop and maintain electrical control systems and components to meet specifications with emphasis on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. You will apply engineering principles and design software to deliver robust solutions for aerospace-focused projects.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience, and familiarity with Orcad, FPGA design, and analog/digital electronics.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree and 2 to 4 years of experience.
• Experience in analog, digital, microprocessor/microcontroller application circuit design, preferably in an aerospace environment.
• Familiarity with digital and analog electronics theory and applications is preferred.
• Having knowledge of electronics design environment: Orcad Schematic capture, FPGA design/development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
• Directs and coordinates manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and design requirements.
• Inspects completed installations and observes operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• May be involved in developing budgets, estimating labor, material, and construction costs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
