Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in insurance underwriting or risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Solid understanding of insurance principles and products.
• Experience with underwriting software and insurance databases.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Actuarial designation progression is advantageous.
