Job summary

Man Group in New York seeks a Trade Support Analyst to assist traders and portfolio managers with US trade bookings, settlements and day-to-day execution. You will capture all securities trades for the US team and provide coverage for the UK desk as needed.

The role requires strong client service skills, meticulous risk awareness and effective collaboration with Compliance, Legal, IT and Settlement teams. Competitive base salary plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting traders and portfolio managers.
• Familiarity with US securities trading and settlements.
• Strong communication with internal/external clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist traders and portfolio managers with day-to-day trade bookings and settlements.
• Capture all US trades; assist UK team as needed.
• Provide support to London in the US afternoon.
• Liaise with Compliance around fund limits and monitor positions.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance/Investment IT/Settlement teams.
• Manage handover between London and US close.
• Deliver excellent client service to internal and external clients.
