Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking an Amusement Supervisor to help manage the arcade department, report to the Amusement/General Manager, and lead a team of staff in a fast-paced entertainment venue.

Responsibilities include supervising customer service, scheduling, training, sales support, compliance, and daily operations. The role requires 2-3 years of retail management experience in entertainment or hospitality and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in the entertainment/retail/hospitality industries.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to supervise and train arcade/department staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in a high-activity bowling/arcade environment.
• Assist Amusement Manager/General Manager with scheduling and staff assignments; ensure proper training of employees.
• Meet or exceed department sales goals and provide personal sales support on the floor.
• Conform to company policies during tills checks, refunds, and ticket adjustments; supervise staff compliance.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and monitor inventory and payout ratios for arcade operations.
