Job summary

Round One Entertainment is opening a new family entertainment center in Ventura and seeks an Amusement Manager to lead staff, manage operations, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail management within arcade or entertainment settings, a High School Diploma or GED, and 21+ to handle alcohol. Open availability including nights and weekends is expected, with benefits provided for PTO, medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the arcade / entertainment industries.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required.
• You must be at least 21 years or older to handle alcohol.
• Work in a busy arcade environment with noise and activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction by being visible and accessible.
• Supervise department employees, plan schedules, and manage time and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol rules and safety regulations; enforce company policies.
• Monitor store inventory, handle receiving, shipping, invoicing, and cash management.
