Job summary

Express Saint Louis is seeking a dependable Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair ATMs and amusement equipment at customer locations throughout the area. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues, perform preventative maintenance, and replace components as needed.

The role requires a valid Class E license, the ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams, and a willingness to travel. Independent work and strong problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot electrical or electronic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams is a plus.
• Experience servicing arcade games, vending machines, kiosks, ATMs, or similar equipment is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and set up ATMs and amusement equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Replace components such as bill validators, card readers, monitors, wiring, buttons, and other machine parts.
• Update machine software and firmware as needed.
• Restock and service machines during scheduled visits.
• Provide professional customer service to clients and internal teams.
