Job summary

Cliff Castle Casino Hotel is seeking a part-time Guest Services associate to assist guests with bowling center amenities, shoe and lane services, and beverage service. You will handle transactions, operate gaming-center systems, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, be 18+, and be able to obtain Title 4, Alcohol Awareness, and Food Handlers certifications. Weekend availability is required and serving minors is prohibited by policy.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; internships may be available for enrolled members of relevant programs.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must obtain valid Title 4 and Alcohol Awareness Certification upon hire.
• Must obtain valid Food Handlers Certification upon hire.
• Availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must adhere to Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and advise on bowling center services, promotions, and prices.
• Assist Guests with shoe rentals, lane assignments, locker rentals, and center information.
• Operate InfoGenesis, Brunswick System Control, and public address system.
• Answer telephones, route calls, and take messages.
• Notify technicians of any equipment failures.
• Monitor open lanes, reservations, and leagues.
• Keep arcade and bowling center areas clean and well-ordered.
• Take and serve drink orders, following Title 4 and CCCH standards.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menu and events.

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist Guests with bowling and arcade amenities with prompt, efficient, and courteous service in accordance with CCCH & department standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Provide a friendly and welcoming greeting to Guests and advice on bowling center services, promotions, prices, and special offerings.
• Assist Guest with shoe rentals, lane assignments, locker rentals, center information, questions, problems, processing payment transactions, balance register at close of shift.
• Operate InfoGenesis, Brunswick System Control, and public address system.
• Answer telephones, route calls, take messages, provide information to callers.
• Notify technicians of any mechanical equipment failures.
• Monitor and track open play lanes, reservations, and league bowling.
• Ensure tables, seating areas, counters, arcade and general bowling center areas are clean & well-ordered during operational hours.
• Take and serve drink orders, ensuring to follow Title 4 & CCCH standards.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menu and all relevant products.
• Maintain knowledge of all CCCH & department special events and promotions.
• Observe alcoholic beverage service rules according to Title 4 & department standards to prevent serving minors, over-serving or serving intoxicated guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
