Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Sacramento, CA is seeking an hourly Restaurant Server to welcome guests, present menu selections, and tailor service to each guest. You will engage in conversation, recommend offerings from our cuisine and drink menus, and uphold a clean dining area.

This role requires stamina to stand for long periods, strong verbal communication, and availability on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Training will cover menu knowledge and guest-focused service excellence.

Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.

This is an hourly position with a compensation of $17.75 per hour.
