Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a server for our bar/restaurant team in Arlington, VA. You will greet guests, take orders, submit selections, and present beverage options with knowledge of our menus.

You’ll also engage guests to craft a memorable Hyatt experience and maintain a clean, organized station. The role offers tips and a comprehensive benefits package with health coverage, retirement matching, paid time off, room night discounts, and more.

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
• PM availability with late shifts (4:00pm–12:00am).

LobbiBar servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings. A Hyatt server will engage in casual conversation and create the bar experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. If you have experience as a server in a restaurant or bar, we'd love to hear from you!

The starting rate is $15.00. This position is also eligible to earn tips, commissions, service charges, or incentive awards
