Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is seeking a Lounge Server to join our reimagined Article One Lounge. You will help guests with beverage and food selections while gaining menu knowledge and providing recommendations.

You’ll engage in casual conversation to create an exceptional guest experience in a vibrant setting. We value flexibility to work any day including weekends/holidays between 1:00pm and 1:00am.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.

Join us for this incredible opportunity at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill hotel in our reimagined and renovated Article One Lounge. As a Lounge Server, you will primarily be responsible for assisting guests with their beverage and food selections. The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our delicious and fun offerings. Other duties include but are not limited to assisting guests in our Regency Club, general lounge preparation, maintaining a sanitary environment, and other responsibilities to be determined as we open our new spaces. This person will engage in casual conversation with our guests, and the care they show is the key to creating an exceptional experience. We are looking for someone with the flexibility to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays, any time between the hours of 1:00pm - 1:00am.

The hourly rate for this position is $11.7188 per hour, with increases at six months and one year.
