National Airlines is seeking an AMOS Manager to lead the AMOS team, oversee the Maintenance & Engineering AMOS system, and drive continuous process improvements across multiple departments in Orlando.

The role emphasizes system integrity, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Line Maintenance, Maintenance Control, Flight Ops, Materials, Records, Planning, QA, and Finance to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in aviation maintenance related computer systems.
• A–P: AMOS software experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn/teach new software.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of 14 CFR and related regulatory publications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AMOS team, providing direction and performance oversight.
• Oversee AMOS system administration and optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Maintenance, Flight Ops, Materials, Records, Planning, QA, and Finance.
• Identify system enhancements and streamline operations with business leaders.
• Provide rapid troubleshooting to minimize disruptions and maintain data accuracy.
• Develop AMOS policies and best practices.
