Job summary

Kalitta Air LLC in Oscoda, MI is seeking an ACC Analyst for a full-time role focused on AMOS operations. The position involves creating and updating SOPs, serving as the primary contact for end-users, and analyzing AMOS-related issues to ensure smooth operations.

You will participate in testing, stay informed about AMOS improvements, and may travel for trainings as needed, contributing to project work and IT coordination under the Technical Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Airline experience/knowledge. 121/145 preferred.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to work independently and to carry out duties to completion within parameters of instructions given.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Understanding of System Software functionality.
• Experience working in the AMOS software system.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for end-users in their respective specialty area.
• Apply analytical methods for troubleshooting issues related to AMOS.
• Assist with the creation and up-keep of SOPs pertaining to their area of specialty.
• Stay informed about improvements and issues relating to the AMOS software.
• Assist with patch and version testing progression.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) with AMOS Business Leads and Key Users.
• Work in coordination with IT regarding AMOS related errors or issues that require IT intervention.
• Assist with data monitoring and auditing.
• Travel when required for AMOS related trainings, conferences, workshops.
• Accomplishes any other duties as assigned by Manager.
