Job summary

Echo Lake Foods LLC in Indiana is seeking an NH3 Maintenance Technician to keep our ammonia refrigeration and utility systems running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, respond to alarms, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, refrigerated food production environment.

We value 3+ years of industrial ammonia refrigeration experience, familiarity with IIAR/PSM/RMP norms, and the ability to read P&IDs and schematics.

Qualifications

• Industrial ammonia refrigeration experience.
• Familiarity with IIAR standards and PSM/RMP programs.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills.
• Ability to read P&IDs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems and related equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per IIAR and PSM/RMP.
• Troubleshoot system issues and respond to alarms.
• Maintain documentation and inspections.
• Support safety training and audits.
