Job summary

Echo Lake Foods in Wisconsin seeks an Ammonia (NH3) Maintenance Mechanic to operate and maintain our ammonia refrigeration and utility systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair equipment in a food manufacturing environment, following IIAR standards and GMP guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, experience with high-speed machinery, AC/DC motors and VFDs, and the ability to read diagrams and schematics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in industrial maintenance, preferably food manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge to diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with AC/DC motors and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Ability to read diagrams, blueprints, schematics, manuals and specs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery and equipment.
• Complete daily maintenance logs and documentation.
• Adhere to GMPs and company safety policies.
