IHG Mechanical is seeking a full-time Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technician in Laurel, Maryland. You will service industrial refrigeration systems, perform routine maintenance, and travel to multiple sites to troubleshoot and install as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ammonia refrigeration
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

• Reta certification is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial refrigeration systems
• Travel to various sites around Laurel, MD to troubleshoot issues and manage installations and repairs
• Consult with customer and service manager to identify problems and pinpoint solutions
• Ensure client systems are up and running efficiently after service calls

We offer this position competitive compensation of $30 - $55/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, our scheduling is flexible. A typical workday is from approximately 7 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday. If you want to grow both personally and professionally, you will thrive in this position.

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Reta certification is preferred but not required.

As our Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technician, you play a vital role in helping us help our customers! Each day, you perform routine maintenance and repairs to industrial refrigeration systems. As you do, you work to ensure that they are in optimal operating condition.
