Job summary

IHG Mechanical is seeking a full-time Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technician to service industrial systems across the Fort Worth, TX Metroplex. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and install/repair equipment with a dedicated team.

Joining our crew means a focus on customer service, safety, and professional growth, with a company truck and tools provided for daily work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ammonia refrigeration.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Great customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Expert problem-solving skills.
• Reta certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to industrial refrigeration systems.
• Travel to various sites around the Metroplex to troubleshoot issues and manage installations and repairs.
• Consult with the customer and service manager to determine problems and pinpoint solutions.
• Contribute to keeping client systems up and running, ensuring high service standards.

We offer this position competitive compensation of up to $60/hour. In addition, our scheduling is flexible. A typical workday is from approximately 7 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday. If you want to grow both personally and professionally, you will thrive in this position.

All you need is:

• 2+ years of experience in ammonia refrigeration
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Expert problem-solving skills

Reta certification is preferred but not required.

As our Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technician, you play a vital role in helping us help our customers! Each day, you perform routine maintenance and repairs to industrial refrigeration systems. As you do, you work to ensure that they are in optimal operating condition. You enjoy that your days are never alike as you travel to various sites around the Metroplex, troubleshooting issues and managing installations and repairs.
