Job summary

IHG Mechanical is seeking a full-time Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technician to service industrial systems around the Phoenix Metroplex. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring safety and efficiency while engaging with clients.

The role offers up to $60/hour with a typical 7 am - 4 pm schedule, Monday to Friday, and a company truck and tools provided to support your daily work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ammonia refrigeration.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Great customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Expert problem-solving skills.
• RETA certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to industrial refrigeration systems.
• Travel to various sites around the Metroplex to troubleshoot issues and manage installations/repairs.
• Consult with the customer and service manager to determine problems and pinpoint solutions.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN AMMONIA REFRIGERATION SERVICE TECHNICIAN

As our Ammonia Refrigeration Service Technician, you play a vital role in helping us help our customers! Each day, you perform routine maintenance and repairs to industrial refrigeration systems. As you do, you work to ensure that they are in optimal operating condition. You enjoy that your days are never alike as you travel to various sites around the Metroplex, troubleshooting issues and managing installations and repairs.

Throughout your service call, you are attentive to detail and conscientious about consulting with the customer and our service manager to determine problems and pinpoint solutions.
