Job summary

RSCS and MRC is seeking experienced ammonia refrigeration service technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial systems in field assignments across the Western U.S. You will enter engine rooms, communicate findings to customers, and help keep critical equipment running safely and reliably.

We value hands-on expertise, safety, and the ability to work independently while supporting a skilled team.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial refrigeration field-service experience.
• Hands-on ammonia refrigeration systems experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose issues with compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, controls, VFDs.
• Perform emergency service, leak response, preventive maintenance, startups.
• Read and work from P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control drawings.
• Communicate findings and repair needs clearly to customers and teams.
• Complete field documentation and follow safety practices on every job.
• Help customers reduce downtime and improve system reliability.
