RSCS and MRC are seeking experienced ammonia refrigeration service technicians to support customers across the Western U.S. You will walk into engine rooms, troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly with customers, and help keep critical systems operating safely and reliably.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial refrigeration field-service experience.
• Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and safe work habits.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose issues involving compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, controls, VFDs, and related equipment.
• Perform emergency service, leak response, preventive maintenance, system evaluations, and startup support.
• Read and work from P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control drawings.
• Communicate findings, repair needs, and recommendations clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Complete accurate field documentation and follow strong safety practices on every job.
• Help customers reduce downtime, improve reliability, and keep refrigeration systems operating as they should.
