• Experience with AML and sanctions programs in financial services.
• Ability to document risk assessments and maintain procedures.
• Strong cross-functional communication with business partners and audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence reviews for high-risk accounts.
• Prepare and document risk assessments.
• Perform product reviews and related analyses.
• Coordinate reporting metrics and track key performance data.
• Create and update desktop procedures and process documentation.
• Review daily alerts and case items escalated for review.
• Analyze data and document decisions.
• Coordinate guidance to business partners.
• Review and resolve escalated items.
• Support audits.
• Prepare, maintain and update annual training materials.
• Manage reports and disposition items requiring enhanced reviews.
