PNC is seeking an AML Sanctions Advisor within our Independent Risk Management group, supporting PNC Wealth Management Broker/Dealer. The role will be based in one of our main offices across the PNC footprint, with additional locations potentially considered.

The position involves leading AML and sanctions program activities, updating policies, and partnering with business units to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of industry experience in AML/sanctions.
• Bachelor's degree required; no specific certifications mandated.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk assessment.

Aufgaben

• Conduct due diligence reviews for high-risk accounts
• Prepare and document risk assessments
• Perform product reviews and related analyses
• Coordinate reporting metrics and track key performance data
• Create and update desktop procedures and process documentation
• Review daily alerts and case review items escalated items for review
• Analyze data and document decisions
• Coordinate and provide guidance to business partners
• Review and resolve escalated items
• Support audits
• Prepare, maintain and update annual training materials
• Manage reports and disposition items requiring enhanced reviews
