Job summary

PNC is seeking an AML Sanctions Advisor to join its Financial Intelligence Unit Operations, with remote work possible for select locations. The role focuses on developing and maintaining operational reporting, dashboards, and data analyses to support regulatory and senior leadership decisions.

Ideal candidates have advanced Excel and Power BI skills, experience turning data into actionable insights, and knowledge of AML or financial crimes.

Qualifications

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into analytics solutions.
Develop reports, dashboards and metrics from raw data sources.
Advanced Excel and Power BI with emphasis on data analysis and visualization.
Forecasting model development.
Staffing analytics.
AML/financial crimes knowledge.
Critical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Communicates enterprise-wide compliance requirements related to Bank Secrecy Act, AML and Sanctions programs to business units.
Update and coordinate regulatory examinations and inquiries as needed.
Define AML and Sanctions program objectives for assigned lines of business and communicate them to execution points.
Review AML and Sanctions compliance reports and risk profiles, escalate issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Provide AML/Sanctions training and serve as a subject matter resource across the organization.
